Roshni joined IC Universal Legal in August 2020.
Roshni is a part of the corporate team. Her practice areas include General Corporate, Family Laws, HR & Employment Laws, with focus on preparing and reviewing various legal agreements in accordance with Indian Contract Act. Roshni also handles testamentary matters and advises clients on inheritance and succession laws.
Roshni also handles transactional matters and performs due diligence on entities and advises on transactional documentation.
Roshni also advises Clients on the compliances under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and assists in drafting and implementation of POSH Policy and setting up of internal complaint committee.
Roshni completed her BA. LL.B. degree from School of Law, Christ, Bengaluru in 2019, and holds an LL.M. degree majoring on ‘Cross Border Business and Finance Laws’ from Singapore Management University, Singapore, which she completed in 2020.
