Chinmayi Krishnapur has been with the Firm since September 2021.

She is a member of the Investment Funds Team. She has advised various domestic fund managers on formation and registration of alternative investment funds (including private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, debt funds and so on), and drafting, and negotiation of associated documentation. She also assists in structuring of the India focused offshore funds based in, inter alia, Mauritius and GIFT City IFSC.

She has also advised domestic and foreign institutional investors in connection with their investments in alternative investments funds.

Prior to joining IC Universal Legal, Chinmayi Krishnapur worked as an Associate with a law firm of national repute for a period of 2.5 years.

She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Honours) degree from National Law School of India University.
