A professional lawyer having combined experience of almost 5 years in Corporate Commercial, Intellectual Property, Employment, Projects, and Technology Laws.
Prior to her joining at IC Universal Legal, Aakriti has independently led and advised Panasonic India in its amalgamation process including contractual due-diligence. She has also advised on multifarious issues in relation to intellectual property, domain disputes, data privacy, prevention of sexual harassment amongst others.
Aakriti holds a LL.B., degree from Bharatiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune and a Bachelor Degree in English Literature (B.A English (Hons.) from Delhi University. She is also qualified as a Data Privacy Compliance Specialist i.e., Personal Information Management System- Lead Implementer GDPR & ISO 27701:2019 from British Standards Institution.
