Adit has been with the Firm since July, 2020.

Adit is a member of the transactions – debt, banking and finance team, Adit assists the team on structuring of transactions involving issuance of debt instruments, both in the listed and unlisted space and advises on diverse matters in the finance space including assignment of loan receivables and digital lending. Adit has advised clients in the venture-debt space in their investment in early-stage ventures in various sectors and assisted on the structuring and documentation in connection with the investment strategy involving equity participation. Adit also assists in general corporate matters where the team represents various early-stage ventures, non-banking financial companies and mutual fund houses.

He is a graduate from NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai.
