Hema joined the Chennai office in 2018.
She is part of the corporate team, involved in drafting and vetting of various commercial contracts, advising clients on foreign investments in companies and related legal compliances, conducting due diligences. She also assists in real estate transactions including drafting of various conveyance documents, and conducting of due diligence on title of properties.
Prior to joining our Firm, Hema worked with Surana and Surana in the Real Estate and Corporate Team where she was part of various real estate transactions and general corporate matters, and with AK Law Chambers in the Corporate-Commercial team where she was part of various investment transactions including drafting of various transaction documents, conducted due diligences, and also worked on arbitration matters.
Hema pursued her B.S.L LL.B from ILS Law College, Pune and graduated in the year 2014.
