Neelaaveni has been part of the  Bangalore Office since February  2022. 

She is part of the Secretarial team  with an overall professional experience of over 10 years.  

Her area of practice includes  incorporation of companies,  LLP’s, preparation of Secretarial due diligence reports and handling  secretarial compliances under  Companies Act and FEMA. 

She is an Associate Member of the  Institute of Company Secretaries of  India and also completed B. A,  LL.B from the Tamil Nadu Dr.  Ambedkar Law University,  Chennai.
