Ms. Drishti Jaiswal has been associated with us since April, 2022 as a Company Secretary.
She is currently holding a position of an Associate Company Secretary in the Secretarial team at I C Universal Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, Delhi office. Her key areas of practice are secretarial compliances, FEMA compliances, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies & compliances and drafting of various commercial documents. She also plays an advisory role in secretarial, CSR and other matters connected thereto.
She has completed her B.com (Honours) from University of Delhi and also an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
