Antrima has been associated with the Bangalore Office since May 2021.
She is a member of the Intellectual Property and Corporate Law Team. Her areas of expertise include handing and advising on all aspect of prosecution and enforcement of Trademarks in India and in foreign jurisdictions, evaluating and advising on third-party IP rights, infringements, formulating protection strategies of their IP portfolio, handling and advising on prosecution and enforcement of Copyright and Design.
She also handles contentious matters including, inter alia, filing and prosecuting Oppositions, Rectifications/Cancellations of Trademark, IP due diligence.
She also assists in corporate drafting and advices on the legal aspects of agreements in accordance with law.
Antrima holds B.A LLB (Hons) degree from National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi.
