Anju Nair joined IC UNIVERSAL LEGAL in September 2018. Anju has obtained her Law degree from Bishop Cottons’ Law College, Bangalore, under the affiliation of Karnataka State Law University.
As a part of the Civil and Criminal Litigation Team, Anju has handled several matters of litigation before trial and appellate courts, at Bangalore, to the best of the Clients’ satisfaction. She has actively assisted various clients in matters pertaining to Family law, Guardians and Wards Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and Commercial Recovery Suits. She has also been actively involved in drafting of various Agreements and has extensive knowledge on litigation matters involving Civil, Criminal, Contract Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law and Labour Law.
She has successfully represented various individual Clients and Companies, in cases pertaining to Dispute Resolution, Property disputes, Recovery of monies, Insolvency matters, Passing off under Trade Marks, etc., before the concerned fora.

P.S.: Apart from being a passionate litigant, Anju is a trained Classical Dancer, having performed all over India at various platforms and is also a graded artist at Doordarshan, India. Anju has also been felicitated with “Yuva Kala Narthaki” award for her dance. She also teaches and grooms young children over the weekend.
