Amit Sahukar is an Associate in the litigation and real estate team at IC UNIVERSAL LEGAL.

Presently, he is actively involved in Civil/Criminal litigation matters, making regular appearances before various High Court, Civil Court, Criminal Court, MSME courts, Arbitration & Conciliation matters, Mediations, Revenue Courts, namely, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal and Quasi-Judicial Authorities like Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner and Tahsildar courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Commercial Court, Labour Court, Family Court, Consumer Forum and various other Courts/Tribunals and also matters involving Real Estate, Due diligence, Documentation, Land conversions, Liaisoning with Revenue authorities, Registration, Drafting and Conveyance of Agreements.

Amit has completed his law degree from University Law College, Bangalore University. During his LL.B course, as a law student, he was the President of Society of Mooters, and has successfully organized XIV All India Moot Court Competition under his leadership. He was also General Secretary for Karnataka Law Students Association and has organized many cultural events and academic events at college level.
