Shreyanshi Maheshwari in the corporate team at IC Universal Legal.

She is a member of the Corporate and Intellectual Property Team. Her areas of expertise include handling private equity or venture capital transactions, conducting due diligence and drafting, reviewing and vetting of various commercial and transactional agreements.

She is also part of Intellectual Property team and assists in prosecution and enforcement of Trademarks in India and in foreign jurisdictions.

She also advises Clients on the compliances under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and assists in drafting of documents in employment and POSH matters.

Shreyanshi has completed her integrated degree of Bachelors in Law and Arts (Honours) from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
