Abhilasha Ramakrishnan joined the Chennai office in June 2022.
She is a member of the corporate and transactional team and is involved in private equity/venture capital transactions and conducting due diligences.
Abhilasha obtained her undergraduate law degree from BCWCLC, Karnataka State Law University and her Master of Laws from King’s College London.
Prior to joining the firm, Abhilasha taught law at O.P. Jindal Global University for over 2 years.
