Yogesh Adhia has been with the Firm since 2006.
He qualified as an advocate in 1990 and obtained first rank in Diploma in Taxation Laws and second rank in the Solicitors’ examination, Mumbai in 1993. Yogesh is a qualified Solicitor and a member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society, Mumbai and also the Law Society, England & Wales.
In addition, his previous experience and exposure with renowned solicitors’ firm’s M/s. Crawford Bailey & Co. and M/s. Mulla & Mulla, Craigie, Blunt & Caroe, has provided him with in-depth knowledge of corporate legal work. Their exposure to clients featuring in the list of Fortune 500 Companies has particularly proved beneficial in gaining an understanding about issues related to their entry into the Indian market place.
At present, Yogesh handles matters including commercial litigation, arbitration matters, real estate related agreements and litigations.
