Vignesh Adithyan S joined the Chennai office in April 2024 and is part of the Corporate and transaction team and is involved in private equity/venture capital transactions including drafting of transaction documents, contracts and conducting legal due diligence.

Prior to joining ICUL, he has work experience in commercial litigation dealing with matters before the NCLT, NCLAT and the Trademark Registry.

He graduated from School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai with an honours degree and is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Member of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.

P.S.: Vignesh, an avid sports lover and a professional cricket player, loves to spend his leisure time by travelling and going on long drives while listening to Ilayaraja music. Also, being a huge Batman fan, he enjoys everything Batman from comics to films.
