Mr. Vasu Aggarwal has been with the Firm since September, 2017.

Vasu Aggarwal is an Associate at our New Delhi Office. Presently, he is a member of the Corporate Team and focuses on assisting and advising clients on Commercial Transactions, Regulatory framework, Contractual-Commercial laws, Labour issues, Indirect Taxation laws, Due Diligence on property and title investigations in India. He is also actively involved in civil/criminal litigation matters, making regular appearances before various Courts/Tribunals. He has undertaken the trademark filing of various trademarks and domain names for reputed companies.

Vasu holds an integrated degree of Bachelor’s in Law and Arts (Honours) from School of Law, Galgotias University. He consistently achieved first division all through his five years of under-graduate legal education.
