Tejas Agarwal has been with the Firm since February, 2018.
He is a member of the Litigation Team focusing on assisting, strategizing and advising clients on insolvency, bankruptcy, arbitration, debt resolution matters, real estate and other civil litigation matters and representing them before Civil Courts and Tribunals including the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunals, Appellate Tribunals, Hon’ble Bombay High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
He advises clients on various matters involving initiation/ discharge of insolvency/ bankruptcy and on navigating through the contours of the Insolvency/ Liquidation Processes (banks, funds, debtors, promoters and resolution professionals alike) across the country and also in development / redevelopment of real estate projects and litigations in Mumbai and drafting, settling, vetting and execution of various documents including Pleadings, Appeals, Suits, Petitions, Resolution Plans, Deed of Conveyance, Development Agreements and various commercial agreements and documents.
Tejas Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mumbai University.

P.S.: Tejas loves to travel and aims to see the world before he is 45, a football fan, and has traits/ understanding of different businesses and sees beyond only what is put to him. He likes using his practical knowledge and understanding in departing legal acumen. If not a lawyer, he would have turned into a businessman; however, destiny had different plans.
