Srivathsan is a member of the corporate and transactional team and is involved in private equity investments, due diligence and in advising clients with regulatory compliances.

Srivathsan graduated from School of Law, SASTRA Deemed University with an honors degree in law and commerce. Subsequent to his graduation, Srivathsan worked in a litigation firm focused on commercial litigation and arbitration. He also holds an LL.M in intellectual property and technology laws from O.P Jindal Global University.
