Shruthi is a member of the corporate and transactional team and, is involved in drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, undertaking investor and vendor due diligences, and advising clients on regulatory compliances and day to day operations. Additionally, she assists with the secretarial side of matters.

Shruthi graduated from O.P. Jindal Global University with an honors degree in law. She has also successfully completed a three week course on International Laws from Somerville College, University of Oxford. During her undergraduate degree, she interned with a number of law firms in Bangalore and Delhi specializing in real estate, IP, and corporate.
