Rupal is an Associate at our New Delhi Office. Presently, she is a member of the Corporate Team primarily focusing on assisting and advising clients on Contractual-Commercial Laws, Commercial Transactions and Regulatory Framework and Real Estate and Property matters. Rupal has also been actively involved in civil/criminal litigation matters and has often made appearances before various Courts/Tribunals in Delhi.
In addition to the above, she also works on drafting, reviewing, and vetting various types of Commercial Agreements and matters related to their execution.
Rupal completed her integrated degree of Bachelors in Law and Arts (Honours) from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She has been associated with the Firm as an intern in 2019 and joined as an Associate in 2022.

P.S: If not a career in law, Rupal would’ve pursued her passion for singing and music. She also loves to spend her leisure time playing sports like Lawn Tennis or Basketball.
