Rohan Shiva joined the Chennai office in 2021.
As a part of the corporate team, he has been involved in a number of private equity and M&A transactions. He has experience advising clients through the entire life span of the transaction, and has been involved in several complex, high-value transactions across a plethora of sectors.
Rohan Shiva graduated with a B.B.A., LL.B. (Business Law Honours) degree from the prestigious National Law University Jodhpur, in 2021.
