Ratnesh Shah has been with the Firm since June 2022.
He is working as an Associate on matters pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights, especially in Trade Marks. He is involved in drafting and vetting of Commercial Contracts. He also assists startups with contract drafting and other legal compliances. Ratnesh is also allied to the Arbitration wing of the Firm. He has been involved in the drafting and research work on matters related to Arbitration in addition to supporting litigation team.
Ratnesh has passed his five year B.COM.LLB (Hons) from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He has also passed his LL.M in International Taxation Law from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom. He has also obtained a degree certificate in Cyber Security from Stanford University, United Sates. He has also worked with other law firms, prior to joining, and has been appearing before various courts of law.
During his five year degree program, he had undertaken internships with various law firms and with Advocates of Trial Court and other High Courts. Further, during his masters, he has participated in various international taxation related events.

P.S.: Ratnesh is an individual who believes in whatever happens, happens for a reason. He is a keen learner. He has a major interest in motorsports, especially Formula 1. Ratnesh, if not a lawyer, would be a professional racer.
