Ranjitha joined the Chennai Office of the Firm back in 2018.

She is a Company Secretary, and has more than 2 years of experience in handling various secretarial matters. She is a commerce graduate from Ethiraj College for Women and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Her area of expertise lies in the field of Company law advisory matters, SEBI, FEMA regulations etc.

During the break from ICUL, she has worked with a leading logistics company with operations across the globe, and business advisors and chartered accountants with hands on experience on finance and tax matters.
