Niharika Rao has been with the Firm since June 2018.

She is a member of the Transactional Practice Team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on venture capital investments, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions in India and overseas. She has assisted and advised clients through the life span of transactions, on high valued transactions in e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, ed-tech, healthcare, automation and space tech. She has also been extensively engaged in structuring and advising on early stage business requirements of start-ups, drafting and participating in negotiations of various corporate commercial agreements and advising on information technology and regulatory compliances.

Niharika holds a B.A.LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Noida and was extensively involved in activities of the moot court society.
