She works over matters relating to Secretarial matters, secretarial compliances, FEMA compliances, structuring commercial documents.

She has completed her B. Com from Delhi University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Nancy is associated with the firm since July 2018.
