Manikandan, been a part of the firm’s real estate team and predominantly engaged in conducting title due diligence on title for large tracts of land and legal compliances on construction of factories, multi-storeyed residential apartments and hospitals, situated in multiple jurisdictions of India. In additions to the above, his work also includes drafting and vetting of various transaction documents including but not limited to Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Settlement Deed, Release Deed, Powers of Attorney, Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed, and Construction Agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Mr. N.C. Ashok Kumar having worked in Litigation and represented Civil Matter before Various Forums Viz., Madras High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court.
