Isha has been with the Firm since June 2018.

She is a member of the Real Estate Team, focusing on assisting and advising clients on various types of real estate transactions, including acquisition of properties and rights in respect thereof, conveyancing, development projects / redevelopment projects, joint development / joint ventures, society redevelopment, slum redevelopment, etc.

She is also extensively engaged in negotiations, conducting due diligence, drafting, vetting and execution of real estate transaction documents, such as agreements for sale, deeds of conveyance, tenancy agreements, development agreements, joint development agreements, leave and license agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, assignment deeds, deeds of apartment, etc.

She holds a degree of B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NMIMS’s Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai.
