Harsh is a Principal Associate and part of the Funds, Asset Management and Regulatory group.

Harsh has around ten years of experience in advising clients in the financial services sector such as alternative investment funds, mutual funds, venture capital funds, private equity investors, foreign portfolio investors and foreign venture capital investors. He has assisted several global and domestic funds in structuring their Indian operations (including in GIFT City) and advised them on their entry and exit strategies from a legal, regulatory and tax perspective. Harsh has deep experience in handling multi-faceted assignments involving interplay of tax, RBI and SEBI regulations. His practice expertise includes financial services, taxation, financial regulations and inbound/ outbound investment structures and strategies.

Harsh is an alumnus of the Government Law College, Mumbai, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters degree in commerce from the Mumbai University. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
