Dikshit joined IC Universal Legal-Chennai office in 2018, as a Senior Associate.

He is a member of the corporate transaction team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on private equity investments, joint venture, and acquisitions. He also regularly advises clients on various legal aspects regarding day-to-day business operations and assist clients in drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements on their behalf.

In his previous stints, he has wide experience of handling general corporate matters, secretarial matters and several large litigations and arbitrations.

Mr. Dikshit Mehta holds an LLB degree from University of Pune. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a degree of Bachelor of Corporate Secretaryship from University of Madras. He is currently enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.

Prior to joining Universal Legal, Dikshit Mehta worked in Surana & Surana International Attorneys and Dua Associates and has experience of almost 10 years.
