Arathi is a part of transaction and corporate team and is involved in private equity/venture capital transactions including drafting of contracts, preparing transaction documents and conducting due diligence. She also assists in secretarial matters where the team deals with incorporation of private companies and aids in annual corporate compliances.

She has an honours degree from School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai.
