Harriet has had a keen interest in transactional and corporate law and is establishing herself as a member of the corporate and transactional team, focusing on private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Universal Legal, Harriet gained experience as an intern and later as an associate at Peritum Partners, based in Chennai, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate law and transactional matters. Through her work, she honed her skills in legal research, drafting, and advisory aspects of corporate transactions. Harriet earned her undergraduate law degree from the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, School of Excellence in Law. During her academic journey, she actively engaged in research and legal discourse, having presented several papers, with her accomplishments reflecting her dedication to the field.
