Anita Jain has been with the Firm since August 2021.

She is a member of the Investment Funds Team. She specialises in advising investment managers on the establishment and offering of alternative investment funds, together with the legal and commercial issues relevant to the funds’ operation. She has advised some of the India’s largest and reputed Asset Management Companies on the legal-regulatory matters, investments, and acquisition.

She also advises on matters related to structuring of investment vehicles in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City.

Prior to joining IC Universal Legal, Anita worked as a Senior Associate with a law firm of national repute and as an in-house lawyer with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited.

She has completed B.L.S, LLB from Government Law College and a Company Secretary Course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
