Alok is a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary and holds Bachelor’s in commerce (B. Com) degree from Bangalore University. He is currently pursuing his LLB from Karnataka State Law University.

Alok has total 3 years of experience in handling secretarial compliances under Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Matters, Secretarial Due Diligence, and various other filings.

P.S.: Apart from law, Alok has keen interest towards developing algorithms to trade in Securities Market. Tracking securities market economies across the globe is his passion.
