Aishwarya joined the Mergers and Acquisition and General Corporate team of IC Universal Legal in October 2020 and predominantly works in thecorporate and transactional team and is involved in due diligences and in advising clients with regulatory compliances.
An alumni of Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (Nungambakkam, Chennai), she graduated with a double degree in law and political science from the Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) in 2020.
While pursuing her under-graduate program, she has always enjoyed participating in and winning mediation and negotiation competitions. Prior to joining IC Universal Legal, she has interned in some top law firms such as AZB Partners, J Sagar& Associates, and Kochhar& Co, in addition to internships at the Banyan and at the Madras High Court.
A national level table tennis player during her schooling, she went on to become a member and subsequently the Convenor of the Sports Committee and was responsible for promoting a sporting culture at the University and ushering in a host of sporting facilities in the campus.
P.S. : A voracious reader with a leaning towards fiction, astrophysics, metaphysics, Indian mythology, Religion & Philosophy. She is also a self-proclaimed Potter Head and occasionally likes to indulge in theatre. When she is not caught up in the pages of a novel, or whisking cake batter and tempering chocolate, you can find her dabbling with paints on a canvas, playing the Sarod, learning about the finer things in life or going for a quick swim.
