Aishwarya Mahesh joined the Chennai office in 2017.
Aishwarya is a member of the corporate and transactional team and is involved in private equity investments, due diligences and in advising clients with regulatory compliances. She also works on drafting and vetting of commercial contracts and assists on secretarial compliances.
Aishwarya graduated with distinction from School of Law, SASTRA Deemed University with an honors degree in law and has been a university rank holder through the five years.
Aishwarya has co-authored the book “Law and Dharma”, which was published as a tribute to Mr. K. Parasaran, Former Attorney General of India. She is also part of the Editorial Board of Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre’s newsletter “Dispute Resolutions”.
