Kavita Pancholi joined the Chennai team in 2013. However, she was first associated with the Chennai team in 2010 before she moved to Mumbai to expand her horizons in fund advisory services.
She has been a key member of the corporate and transactional team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on private equity investments and acquisitions in India. Lately, with her experience in incorporation of the alternative investment funds and fund raising advisory, she has also advised clients through the transactions, working on varied transactions in various key sectors.
Prior to joining Universal Legal, Kavita Pancholi worked as an Associate in ARA Law, a law firm based out of Mumbai.
She also holds a graduate degree in business administration and law graduating with honours from the very prestigious, National Law University, Jodhpur.
