Somasundararajan B is an Associate at IC Universal Legal being a part of Corporate and M& A Team. He also regularly involves in drafting contracts and agreements, conducting legal due diligence and various other corporate regulatory matters. He has been also involved in assisting the team members in handling secretarial matters.
He has earned his honours degree, B.B.A L.L. B with specialization in corporate law from School of Law -UPES.
Additionally, in cooperation with the School of Law -UPES, he had Completed a certified course on Business law from the London School of Business and Economics.

P.S.: Somasundararajan loves to be a part of any role which bridges the gap between the law school and legal practice. He makes an effort to step outside of his comfort zone. Aside from his tight work schedule and academics, he enjoys traveling by bike, meeting new people, and visiting new locations listed in his check list.
