Padmanabhan joined IC Universal Legal-Chennai office in 2022, as an Associate – Real Estate..

Padmanabhan’s interest in real estate from his university days has paved his way to the firm and ever since that he has been prominently indulged in real estate team conducting title due diligence for large parcel of land and legal compliances for construction of factories, multi-storeyed residential apartments and hospitals, situated in various parts of India including but not limited to the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He has also assisted the team in vetting and drafting of various transaction documents.

P.S.: Padmanabhan is passionate about exploring different destinations, movies, food and who loves to watch and play badminton and cricket. He is a stock market enthusiast.
