Keerthana Vijayaraj joined the Chennai team in April 2023 and has been a key member of the real estate and transactional team focusing on undertaking legal due diligence for Real Estate (M&A) and she also embarked on a new venture of setting her foot as a member of the corporate & transactional team involved in private equity/venture capital transactions and conducting due diligences.

Prior to joining Universal Legal, Keerthana Vijayaraj worked as an Intern and further as an Associate in VAT Legal, a law firm based out of Chennai wherein she equipped herself on both Litigation and Non -Litigation front representing various largest names such as Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA), Price Waterhouse Coopers International Limited (PwC), SBICAP Trustee Company and Tirumala Milk Products Pvt Ltd.

Keerthana obtained her undergraduate law degree from, the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, School of Excellence in Law, wherein she has been a vivid mooter and paper presenter with her laurels evidencing the same.
