Garima Agrawal  has been with the Firm since July 2021.

She is a member of the Transactional Practice Team. She has assisted and advised domestic and foreign clients on venture capital investments, private equity investments, business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions.

While assisting on these investments, she has been extensively involved in due diligence, structuring, advising on regulatory compliances, documentation, drafting and post-transaction support. She has worked on advising clients in FMCG sector, ed-tech, pharmaceuticals, fintech, IT, real estate sector, drafting and participating in negotiations of various corporate commercial agreements like technology license agreement, IP assignment agreement, service agreements, etc.

She also holds a graduate degree in law (B.B.A LL.B. (Hons.)) from NMIMS School of Law, Mumbai with specialization in corporate and commercial laws.
