Apeksha, has been with the Firm since July 2018.

She initially joined the firm as an intern and thereafter, graduating in 2020, she became an Associate. She is a member of the Real Estate and Litigation Team. She advises clients on various matters involving Development Projects / Redevelopment Projects in Mumbai and drafting, settling, vetting and execution of various documents including Title Certificate, Memorandum of Understanding, Development Agreements, Joint Venture/Joint Development Agreement, Agreement for Permanent Alternate Accommodation, Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, Letter of Intent, Deed of Conveyance, Lease Deeds, Tenancy Agreements, and various commercial agreements

She has also appeared in various courts and tribunals in testamentary and civil litigation matters.

Apeksha holds Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets and also holds a graduate degree in law from Mumbai University and has secured first class during both the graduations.
