Deepak has completed his Bachelor of Commerce in the year 2018 from Madras Christian College and graduated his Bachelor of Law in the year 2021 from KLE Society’s Law College.

Deepak has been a part of the firm’s real estate team and predominantly engaged in conducting title due diligence on title for large tracts of land and legal compliances on construction of factories, multi-storeyed residential apartments and hospitals, situated in multiple jurisdictions of India. Also, has a hand on structuring the transactions for developers, prestigious multi-speciality hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. In additions to the above, his work also includes drafting and vetting of various transaction documents including but not limited to Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Settlement Deed, Release Deed, Powers of Attorney, Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed, and Construction Agreements.
