She is a qualified Company Secretary & Lawyer, and has more than 2 years of experience in handling various secretarial matters. She is a law graduate with an honours degree from the very prestigious, School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Her area of expertise lies in the field of Company law advisory matters, SEBI, etc., and has assisted in the incorporation of entities, including wholly-owned foreign subsidiaries, public companies, assisted in conducting secretarial due diligence for private equity transactions.

Prior to Universal Legal, she has worked with BSE listed company engaged in multiple businesses and focusing on inorganic growth through various methods.
