He is a member of the Investment Funds Team of the Firm, assisting and advising clients on setting up of Investment Funds. His key areas of expertise include drafting of fund documents and advising fund managers on formation, registration and reporting of alternative investment funds, investment advisers and portfolio manager. He has assisted various alternative investment funds (including private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds and debt funds) in their documentation and registration. He also assists in structuring of the India focused offshore funds.

Praroop holds a B.B.A LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University, Jodhpur.

P.S.: He likes reading business dailies to keep himself aware of transactions happening in the start-up space.
