Umesh is part of Real Estate and Litigation team. He primarily focuses on property matters involving preparing conveyance deeds and ancillary documents. Umesh advises on joint development projects and related documentation. He takes care of real estate due diligence and marketability of title in real estate transactions. He has wide experience in securing approvals and permissions, no objection certificates and registrations for real estate projects.
He has extensive knowledge in handling Civil and Criminal litigation.
