Suman K Suresh has been associated with the Bangalore office from September 2012.
He works primarily on Civil and Corporate Litigation matters and assisted Companies and Individuals in their Real Estate Ventures. He has also actively engaged in assisting Companies with their mergers and acquisitions and complying with all Statutory and Labour Compliances, besides he has successfully assisted Companies, Builders, Individuals, Etc. by conducting Title Investigations of Lands and drafting Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Corporate Lease, Sale & Rental Agreement, Services Agreement, Revenue Sharing Agreement & General Power of Attorney.
He has also efficiently assisted and represented individuals and companies in several Criminal Matters. Further, he has been actively involved in assisting Companies by drafting Software Licensing Agreements, End User Licensing Agreement and other related Agreements in the field of Intellectual Property Rights.
He has earned a Bachelor of Law Degree from the Bangalore University, Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School of India University and a Masters in Law Degree from the University of London.
