Puneet Shah has been with the Firm since 2016.
He is a member of the Transaction and Corporate Advisory Team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on Private Equity Investments, Business and Asset Transfer and Cross border Merger & Acquisitions. He has advised clients through the life span of transactions, leading on some of the highest valued transactions in Fin-tech, IT, Automotive Engineering, Retail, Franchising, Education and Pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience in handling all manners of inbound and outbound Equity investment transactions. He also advises on company formations, structuring and early stage business requirements of start-ups, drafting of employment contracts and regulatory compliances.
Lately, with his experience in information technology, automotive and robotics engineering, retail and franchising Puneet has been extensively involved in leading due diligences, negotiation the transaction documents and advising clients on varied regulatory and legal issues relating to these industries.
Puneet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from University of Mumbai and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has always had excellent academics all through his under-graduate legal education and graduating with distinction.
