Nitesh Tiwari has been with the Firm since June, 2013.

He is a member of the Transactional Practice Team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on banking finance and debt capital market transactions in India and overseas. He has advised and assisted various mutual funds with investments in structured and vanilla debt products across diverse industry sectors, and non-banking financial institutions in high value lending transactions. He also brings along experience in the field of real estate, advising on joint development and re-development structures and assisting in transactions involving project and construction finance availed by developers.

With a fair bit of experience in and penchant for dispute resolution, he is able to combine litigation related advisory with transactional lawyering.

Nitesh has completed his BLS. LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai.
