Mhadhavan has vast experience and extensive knowledge in the real estate sector having assisted several clients in undertaking legal due diligence of real estate in the construction and development sector, infrastructure projects, including working with MNCs. His expertise also includes liasoning with various offices of regulatory authorities such as Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Directorate of Town & Country Planning Authority, Revenue Authorities; Registration Department providing a gamut of services from inception to completion of a project.

Prior to joining our Firm, Mhadhavan worked under the able guidance of Advocate Mr. R.M. Subbiah (panel advocate for leading nationalized and private Banks) where Mhadhavan had been working as part of the legal audit team for banking institutions including HDFC, AXIS, Indian Bank & Indian Overseas Bank which provided him the opportunity to conduct legal audit for the banks and also provided him with the opportunity to represent before Debt Recovery Tribunal for banks in SARFAESI proceedings, civil suits and summary suits.

Mhadhavan has completed his Bachelor of Commerce in the year 2016 from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College and graduated with an honours degree in law from School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu, Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai.
