Kanishka Bajpai has been with the Firm since November, 2015.

She is a member of the Transactional Practice Team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on venture capital investments, joint ventures, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions in India and overseas. She has advised clients through the life span of transactions, leading on some of the highest valued transactions in sports, e-commerce, real estate, education and hospitality sectors. She has also extensively worked on structuring and early stage business requirements of start-ups, drafting and participating in negotiations of various corporate commercial agreements and regulatory compliances.

She is a graduate from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She has been a university top rank holder all through her five years of under-graduate legal education and graduated with distinction.

She has been recognised as a notable practitioner by IFLR1000 for M&A and Private Equity.
