Hemant Shah has been with the Firm since 2005.
He received his B. Com Degree in 1985 from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and thereafter received his Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1988 from Government Law College, Mumbai.
He qualified as a Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1990. Thereafter, he qualified as a Solicitor from the Law Society of England & Wales in 1994 to practice law in the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
He has spent 15 years with one of the largest Indian Law Firm viz. M/s. Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe. He has rich experience in advising clients mainly on high value litigation and arbitration matters, conveyancing and land acquisition matters. He has represented several clients including inter alia Shipping Corporation of India, Indian Oil Corporation, Mumbai Port Trust, New India Insurance Company, ICICI, SCICI, etc.
- Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
- Enrolled as a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
- Qualified as a Solicitor from the Law Society of England & Wales
