Hemant Shah has been with the Firm since 2005.
He received his B. Com Degree in 1985 from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and thereafter received his Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1988 from Government Law College, Mumbai.
He qualified as a Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1990. Thereafter, he qualified as a Solicitor from the Law Society of England & Wales in 1994 to practice law in the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
He is enrolled as Advocate on Record in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
He has spent 15 years with one of the largest Indian Law Firm viz. M/s. Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe. He has rich experience in advising clients mainly on high value litigation and arbitration matters, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, conveyancing and real estate development.
